The world is changing, so we adapt. In business, we must be innovative, or we fail. When I began my career in real estate, new listings were printed in a black and white book and property information was stored on 3"x5" cards. In just 2 short decades real estate brokerages have embraced the digital age like few other industries. This has not only strengthened how we do business, but has leveled the playing field. Small firms who embrace technology can effectively and efficiently market any property as well as the world's largest brokerage firms.

Not all change is good change. Technology, no matter how advanced, will never replace the need of face to face business interaction. Marketing and technology get eyes on your property and feet in the door, but don't "sell" real estate or resolve concerns. I pride myself on being the deal maker and the deal saver. As a seller, what you need is someone you trust - someone that will paint the correct picture to sell your property - someone to resolve concerns and issues that invariably arise in every transaction. I take great pride in selling properties for a higher price than most agents, and having a much lower fallout rate on properties under contract than most agents. The skill (or art) of "Negotiation" cannot be taught in the classroom, but is learned only by experience, and mastered only by decades of studying human interaction. You want the most amount money for your property with the least amount of hassle. That's my job. Please put me to work.
